- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives in the Government and Public Sector verticals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering ₹4 Cr+ revenue annually, building strong relationships with government clients, and navigating complex sales cycles in key regions, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and central government organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the government and public sector domains.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within state and central government bodies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key government stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to government clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Bid Management:
Lead the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, tenders, and other government procurement processes.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals, while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Market Insights and Analysis:
Stay updated on government policies, procurement trends, and competitor activities in target regions.
Provide strategic inputs to internal teams for product/service alignment with government needs.
Revenue Achievement:
Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets (₹4 Cr+).
Drive account penetration and growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at government-focused events, conferences, and exhibitions to build brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- 5–8 years of sales experience in the government/public sector domain.
- Proven track record of managing high-value deals and delivering annual revenue of ₹4 Cr+.
- Familiarity with the procurement processes of UP, MP, Rajasthan, and central government bodies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of government policies, tenders, and RFP processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic and target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, consulting, or technology sales with government clients.
- Existing network and relationships within the target regions’ government bodies.
